Magdalena has more than 21 years of professional experience since graduation. Since 2009, she has been working in Agile environments, training and consulting in Poland and internationally. She is also an international conference speaker, guest lecturer, mentor and coach. He focuses on agile, empirical approaches in organizations during transformation, with a particular focus on business agility, evidence-based decision-making and board commitment to change through goals.
