Why we created the ICAN Online Learning® platform and what its mission is
For more than 25 years, we have been supporting HR in employee development. Our mission is to make it easy, innovative and effective for any HR department to achieve their goals with a partner they can trust by their side.
We were the first in Poland to create an employee development platform based on Digital Learning! It was Harvard ManageMentor in cooperation with Harvard Business School Publishing. The platform was constantly evolving - we added new functionalities and expanded the knowledge library. Our goal was to combine the latest technological developments with the highest quality content to offer a comprehensive solution for HR departments.
