Unlike many solutions available on the market, the ICAN Online Learning® platform is not just a library of ready-made courses. In addition to hands-on training, it includes a range of functionalities and tools for HR departments, allowing you to, among other things, create custom courses and development paths for employees with the help of an AI assistant, monitor learning progress and generate reports according to as many as 90 filters. You can choose training courses for a single employee, a group or the entire company, as well as schedule them over time and divide them into mandatory and voluntary. The ICAN Online Learning® platform allows you to manage employee development in a simple, intuitive way.

Yes, there is such an option. You can use the castomization option, which allows you to create your own courses and development academies. You will even prepare a live course with your own content and exercises. The structure of the training will help you organize the AI assistant.

Yes, you can post your own materials on the platform, such as exercises and content to read or watch. What's more, you can create courses for employees to further address their individual development needs and challenges in their daily work.

Access to the ICAN Hub is given to all participants in the ICAN Online Learning® corporate project. It's a great way to deepen your knowledge and learn about the latest business ideas. ICAN Hub contains multimedia content - articles from magazines, including "MIT Sloan Management Review Poland", recordings of ICAN Institute events, webinars and case studies.

Yes, depending on the size of the project (between 10-30% of participants). In this way, continuity of learning in the organization is ensured in case of staff changes, and your company will not be exposed to losses due to additional costs for employee development.

Yes, all participants in the ICAN Online Learning® corporate project will be able to use the app anywhere and anytime after logging in. The app is available in the Google Play and App stores. Participants will be able to download videos to their device and watch them later offline, mark training courses as favorites, and set a learning reminder to motivate further development.

After completing each course on our platform and passing the final test, participants not only gain new skills, but also receive a certificate of qualification. In addition, it is possible to launch a gamification option. Then users get badges, compete in challenges and can participate in company discussion forums.

The platform works on a simple licensing model: you pay for the number of users, not for individual courses. There are no hidden costs, and the price of e-learning for companies is significantly lower than traditional forms of training. What's more - in each license it is possible to rotate up to 10-30% of participants, which means that even with staff changes, the investment is not wasted.
