Why we created the ICAN Online Learning® platform and what its mission is

For more than 25 years, we have been supporting HR in employee development. Our mission is to make it easy, innovative and effective for any HR department to achieve their goals with a partner they can trust by their side.

We were the first in Poland to create an employee development platform based on Digital Learning! It was Harvard ManageMentor in cooperation with Harvard Business School Publishing. The platform was constantly evolving - we added new functionalities and expanded the knowledge library. Our goal was to combine the latest technological developments with the highest quality content to offer a comprehensive solution for HR departments. And that's how our most innovative platform, ICAN Online Learning®, came to be, and we're putting it in your hands.

Unlike many solutions available on the market, the ICAN Online Learning® platform is not just a library of ready-made courses. In addition to practical training courses, it contains a number of functionalities and tools for HR departments, allowing, among other things, to create custom courses and development paths for employees with the help of an AI assistant, diagnose and map competencies needed in the organization, monitor learning progress and generate reports according to as many as 90 filters. You can choose training for a single employee, a group or the entire company, as well as schedule it over time and divide it into mandatory and voluntary. The ICAN Online Learning® platform allows you to manage employee development in a simple, intuitive way.

Yes, there is such an option. You can use the castomization option, which allows you to create your own courses and development academies. You will even prepare a live course with your own content and exercises. The structure of the training will help you organize the AI assistant.

Yes, you can post your own materials on the platform, such as exercises and content to read or watch. What's more, you can create courses for employees to further address their individual development needs and challenges in their daily work.

Access to the ICAN Hub is given to all participants in the ICAN Online Learning® corporate project. It's a great way to deepen your knowledge and learn about the latest business ideas.
