FROM FINANCIER TO CHANGE LEADER

Unique development-networking initiative aimed at CFOs

BECOME A WIZARD

VALUES AND LEADER OF CHANGE

With membership in the CFO Club

The CFO Club is a unique community of CFOs who are aware of the tremendous changes in business and how they have affected their function. We bring together leaders who want to add value to their organizations and become strategic partners responsible not only for finance, but also for the execution of strategy and growth of their companies.

The partners of the CFO Club are the largest companies in Poland. Thanks to this, joining the initiative does not involve any financial obligations on the part of the member, but gives him access to a special benefits package.

FACE STOCK

THE CHALLENGES OF THE NEW REALITY

In recent years, the role of the CFO has been undergoing a clear evolution: CFOs are no longer just managers overseeing financial and accounting issues. They are becoming leaders of change, responsible for their effective planning and implementation, and for making strategic decisions within the organization. Driven by increasingly tight budgets, rising expectations and the dizzying pace of technological and social change, these changes are resulting in rapidly saturating markets and the need to seek profitability despite shrinking margins.

In the face of these disruptive changes, CFOs, given their insight into all areas of the business, are natural candidates for leadership roles. They just need to learn to combine all the roles entrusted to them in order to effectively face the challenges of the new reality. The CFO Club's task is to provide them with all the tools and knowledge necessary for this task.

INVITATION

Dr. Witold Jankowski

The changing market situation is forcing a change in the role of CFOs. This particularly applies to strategic management and implementation of changes in business models in cooperation with marketing and sales departments. Dynamic changes require effective management, which is combined with the need for high soft skills. These, combined with hard skills, create a new profile for the CFO.

The goal of the CFO Club is to provide tools to develop competencies and create a platform for sharing experiences in knowledge-based networking.

In order to ensure the highest quality of content, the CFO Club is implemented in cooperation between ICAN Institue and KPMG, with the support of INSEAD and CIMA. I invite you to participate in the CFO Club and create this unique community in Poland.

MISSION

Are you responsible for finance in your company? Get ready for new challenges

The growing complexity of markets is forcing a change in the role of CFOs in organizations. They are increasingly involved in the strategic management process and take actions that directly affect not only the financial department, but also the operation of the entire company. This requires them to take a broader view of the company's overall situation and to work in partnership with the board of directors and managers of other divisions.

Not all CFOs are receiving sufficient knowledge and tool support for their new challenges, yet research shows that the development of new CFO core competencies quickly translates into better performance for their organizations.

38%

That's how much more effective they are at generating profits for companies where CFOs have a function far beyond commanding the finance department.

42%

So much more effectively do these companies optimize their planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

37%

By that much, their effectiveness in measuring and monitoring performance increases.
