Roles and tasks of a leader in the light of neuroscience
We begin the program with an introduction to neuroscience for leaders. You will find that it is useful to know the mechanisms of the brain to better manage yourself and your team. With this knowledge you will improve your leadership effectiveness. You'll get tips on how to identify and nurture your team's sense of purpose and how to create an organizational culture that fosters psychological safety. You will learn the Golden Cirle method and the SCARF and AMP models that will help you manage your team's motivation and provide optimal conditions for achieving goals.
A leader in an uncertain and turbulent world
During this session you will diagnose your own leadership style in the context of the challenges of today's business environment. You will learn what transformational leadership is and how to translate the principles of neuroleadership into the tasks of a transformational leader. You will take the Mental Toughness Questionnaire MTQ48 Mental Toughness Questionnaire and receive neuroscience-based tools to increase your own strength and resilience. You will also learn how to use these tools to support others on your team and in your organization, especially during periods of change and uncertainty.
Decoding motivation based on neuroscience
You will understand the neurochemical basis behind human motivation. You will answer the question of whether being committed is a matter of choice or other factors (if so, what are they?). You'll learn a four-part recipe for changing habits and behaviors to more efficiently execute ventures. You will learn what a goal system is and the different types of goals: how to set them, how they affect our motivation, what mistakes to avoid. You'll get tips on how to prioritize wisely when you have multiple goals to achieve, which will help you manage your team's activities efficiently.
Decision-making in the perspective of neuroscience: the dimensions of the individual, the team and the organization
What new contributions does neuroscience bring to our understanding of decision-making processes in organizations? A lot! During this session, you will learn about the neuroscience of emotions, why we sometimes lose control and how to remedy this. You'll get tips on making decisions under uncertainty and limited data. You'll learn when it's worth listening to intuition and when it's not. You'll learn about the impact of a leader's emotional intelligence on team and organizational decision-making. You will discover how understanding the emotions of others and managing stress leads to better decisions.
Effective neurocommunication: building relationships and achieving goals through negotiation
You will learn methods to determine your natural way of communicating and how to use the basics of neuroscience to communicate effectively. You will master the art of adapting communication strategies to the individual preferences and neurobiological characteristics of your interlocutors. In addition, you will develop the skills to build trust and credibility in communication, which is the foundation of effective negotiations. You'll learn how to prepare for negotiations and reach an agreement: from developing strategies, to verbal and non-verbal techniques, to the impact of body language and tone of voice on our interlocutor's brain.
Brain-friendly work environment: leadership roles
You will learn the key elements of the new work environment: sustainable change and key trends and their impact on performance. You will gain an understanding of the principles of neuroergonomics and the impact of the work environment on brain function, allowing you to provide the conditions for employees to achieve peak performance and authentic engagement. You will also learn what neuroscience advises about burnout and declines in motivation, as well as what neurobalancing is between the needs of the brain and the body, and how to use this knowledge to ensure optimal working conditions and well-being in your organization.
Building effective teams based on diversity and inclusiveness (D&I)
You will learn what inclusive leadership, inclusive teams and an inclusive organization are. You will discover why effective diversity management has become a source of competitive advantage, not just a social requirement. You will learn methods on how to strengthen the factors that unite and mitigate the factors that divide people in the organization (representatives of different generations, cultures and views). You will learn how to bring out the potential that lies within each employee, manage neurodiverse teams and work with neuroatypical people, such as on the spectrum.
Leader as an agent of change and transformation
You will develop skills to effectively manage team resistance and conflict during transition processes. You will master methods to support teams during the transition to the next phases of change and better understand the emotions of employees, especially the difficult ones that can accompany change. You will learn how the brain reacts to change and why it most often seeks to preserve the status quo, which will allow you to eliminate roadblocks that stand in the way of successful implementation of new initiatives. You will also identify what influences the ability to change at the individual, team and organizational levels.
Innovation in a neuro perspective
During this session, we will explore how ideas are generated in the brain and where people's differences in their natural creativity come from. You'll discover the neurobiological basis of creativity and how to enhance it and generate insights. You'll also learn what kills innovation in an organization and what creativity-stimulating tools work and what doesn't. We will discuss how to overcome the natural barriers associated with how our brains work and unleash creativity. You will learn the principles of creating an organizational culture that supports innovation and creates the conditions for new ideas to flourish.
Neurolider: from idea to practice
Time to summarize and integrate knowledge! In this session you will plan your own "roadmap" for implementing the ideas discussed in the work of a transformational leader. You will receive tips on how to effectively use the knowledge gained throughout the program. You'll practice the knowledge and skills you've gained in a group while working on a case study on the implementation of key neuroleader skills. In this way, you will examine how to integrate all the competencies of the future into a single model. You will also prepare to implement new methods in your work: priorities, actions, potential barriers and overcoming them.

Frequently asked questions
When considering the choice of training for managers and executives, it is worth first determining what competencies they need to develop. Will it be soft competencies, such as communication, motivation, feedback, mental toughness of a leader, or hard competencies, related to knowledge of specific management methods, goal setting, employee evaluation or basics of financial and economic analysis. Therefore, in order to choose the best training for an employee, it is necessary to take into account the employee's position, experience, career stage, responsibilities and business objectives to be achieved.
It is worth choosing certified training, which ends with the manager obtaining a document confirming the acquisition of knowledge and competence. The certificate is a guarantee for the company that the training is characterized by high quality and level of content, and for the employee it is a valuable element to add to his CV and a tool that builds his image as an expert in his field.
