She works on the canon of self-aware, authentic leadership, supports in the development and building of effective, diverse teams and ensures results through precise deep diagnosis, increased awareness and communication. She is one of the few certified consultants in Europe for Neurocolor, a cutting-edge tool that taps into our building hormones and neurotransmitters to identify unique traits of needs and motives. She is also a certified Scrum Master and Assessor.

From 2017-2022, responsible for the creation and development of the organizational diagnostics line in ICAN's consulting projects department, creator and leader of NeuroLab® - working with academic and industry experts to translate neuroscience into the business environment. Over the past 10 years, he has completed more than 200 projects of individualized research, assessment and competence development in Poland and abroad (Europe, America, Asia).
