Frequently asked questions

A diagnostic study is worth offering first to executives and key managers. This group has the greatest influence on change in the organization and at the same time can consciously support the diagnostics of managers at lower levels.

Any diagnostic study should begin by setting the goals of the research project, defining the target group and the time of implementation. In the next step, we conduct a diagnostic study (usually a survey). The result of the study is a report summarizing the results of the diagnosis. In the case of individual diagnostics, participants have the opportunity to discuss the results of the study at a feedback session or in a group workshop. The final step in the diagnostic study is to identify priority actions and strategies for their implementation.

The process of studying an organization takes about 2 months. During this time, participants attend an introductory session to the study, complete a survey questionnaire, a workshop is conducted to summarize the results and development activities are identified.

The entire diagnostic examination process can take place remotely. The decision to meet on-site and the form of workshops or feedback sessions depends on the client's preference.
