The company decided to transform its organizational culture as part of its new business strategy. The culture at the time hindered decision-making and collaboration. In 2019-2021 , we conducted a series of activities for the client: workshops for key managers, individual Life Style Inventory surveys, organizational culture analysis and coaching to support competence development. On this basis, a profile of the desired organizational culture was developed and development programs were implemented. The result was a transition of employees from a passive attitude to a proactive and independent one, and an increase in the flexibility of field sales and e-commerce activities.

The goal of the program was to move away from a passive culture to a constructive one that promotes openness and proactivity. The process included two organizational culture surveys, as well as Life Style Inventory and 360-degree surveys for leaders, which identified areas in need of change. We organized workshops for the board and management, during which new values and practical actions to support the transformation were developed. The result was a change in culture to a more constructive one, an increase in employee engagement, better cooperation and greater openness to innovation and market changes. BGK carried out an organizational culture transformation to support a new communication strategy based on the values of professionalism, partnership and commitment. The process included a diagnosis of organizational culture, workshops with management, individual leadership style surveys, and competence development of managers. Changes were made to HR processes, the employee evaluation system, and the foundations of BGK's new culture were defined. The Orbis Group underwent a transformation of its organizational culture with the support of ICAN Institute.
