Frequently asked questions

We propose to start the cooperation with a meeting in the form of an interactive presentation (executive briefing) on the latest trends in strategic management or a meeting/workshop identifying specific needs and dilemmas. Then, together with the client, we develop the scope and formula of the program, and select experts for the project. For the organization's needs, we can also conduct diagnostics, such as a strategic competency level survey. During the course of the project, we provide guidance from the coordination team and engage in the process of implementing the recommended changes and solutions.

In our work we are guided by the evidence-based principle, that is, we provide companies with only those solutions that have scientifically proven effectiveness and are based on the achievements of science. In addition, we are the only ones in Poland to implement in companies the concept of Future-Ready Organization™, which has special adaptability and resilience to market turbulence. In the teaching process we focus on practicality, group exercises, work on case studies and real challenges of companies. We use methods of workshop work, simulation and blended learning (classroom and self-work on an online platform).

Participants in our programs receive materials developed by expert instructors and access to ICAN's knowledge library. The library includes articles from MIT Sloan Management Review Poland and Harvard Business Review Poland magazines, case studies, interviews and podcasts, and multimedia content, including recordings of ICAN events. We can also include e-learning as part of the project. We have our own platform with more than 40 certified courses.
