Author of numerous scientific and popular science publications. She has in-depth knowledge, supported by many years of practice, in the fields of business psychology, sociology, anthropology, management, organizational communication, motivation, team building, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, mental toughness and human potential development.

He conducts coaching, mentoring, workshops, supervisions and team and individual development programs for leaders and senior executives, and implements coaching models for board-level strategy work.

She is the founder and editor-in-chief of Europe's first scholarly, peer-reviewed journal, Coaching Review, and an accredited coach and supervisor for the Chamber of Coaching.
