He works with the business and scientific community improving their communication and increasing the chance of achieving project goals. As an academic lecturer, he teaches Generation Z how to manage projects and innovation in the company. She is an advocate of the holistic product approach and the value co-creation method. She has worked with startups, investors, universities and entrepreneurs in various industries as a consultant and key executive. She was a pro-innovation advisor to the Business Environment Institution at the Ministry of Technology and Entrepreneurship. She helps to create products tailored to the market and effectively manage the enterprises that deliver them, working on the basis of Lean Start up and design thinking methods.
