For 10 years, he has been advising entrepreneurs on how to create and develop new products and services with the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders and how to manage multidisciplinary teams. He works with the business and scientific community improving their communication and increasing the chance of achieving project goals. As an academic lecturer, he teaches Generation Z how to manage projects and innovation in the company. She is an advocate of the holistic product approach and the value co-creation method. She has worked with startups, investors, universities and entrepreneurs in various industries as a consultant and key executive. She was a pro-innovation advisor to the Business Environment Institution at the Ministry of Technology and Entrepreneurship. She helps to create products tailored to the market and effectively manage the enterprises that deliver them, working on the basis of Lean Start up and design thinking methods.

Graduate of the European Diplomatic Academy program, MANAGMENT 2014 ICAN Institute, certified Lean Office examiner, KAIZEN Facilitator, Design Thinking (Google). Project Manager working in Agile and Prince 2 methodologies.

Committed socially to supporting people on the autism spectrum. Supports companies, especially in the area of new technologies, in managing the talents of neurodiverse people and realizing their potential in the workplace.
