For more than 13 years, she has been working with managers and boards of directors of companies, supporting them in processes such as strategic reorientation, financing and innovation strategies, and adapting managerial competencies to a changing world. Team leader and project manager of project teams working on documentation in breakthrough strategic innovation projects funded directly from the European Commission. She has worked with startups, investors, family businesses, as well as large companies, corporations, government and state-owned companies.

Certified project manager (Prince and Agile), Design Thinking facilitator (Google), Kaizen Facilitator, graduate of the one-year Management TM 2014 program (ICAN Institute/Harvard Business Review Poland) and the European Diplomatic Academy. She was a pro-innovation advisor to the Business Environment Institutions at the Ministry of Technology and a business expert in the creation of the Lublin 2030 strategy.

She has worked with more than 30 industries, including new technology, manufacturing, energy, construction and automotive. She has conducted strategy workshops and facilitation for the management of companies that are leaders in their industries.
