She graduated in psychology and psychotherapy.
She has completed internships at the University Hospital in Lausanne, the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, the Center for Therapy and Personality Development, and the Psychosomatic Department of the Wolski Hospital in Warsaw. Previously affiliated with the Promenada Biomedical Center and the Institute of Psychoimmunology, she founded the Warsaw Center for Psychotherapy and Psychiatry in 2011.
She helps people develop broadly and achieve lasting change in both their personal and professional lives. She was the first person in Poland to be certified as a coach by Integral Coaching Canada, an institution at the core of the Coaching Department at the Integral Institute in Boulder, and JFK University in San Francisco.
On her blog she weaves reflections that have no place elsewhere. In 2021, her first novel, "Garderobe," was published by the Agora publishing house.
At ICAN Institute, he teaches classes on managing the challenges of professional and personal life.
