Market context

If your use of AI in sales is just a series of random experiments— you’re losing control

In many companies, salespeople are already using AI: for customer research, preparing meetings, writing emails and proposals, analyzing data, and following up. Most often, however, they do so without a common language, without quality standards, and without clear guidelines.

The result? More activity, but not necessarily more meaningful conversations. More content, but not necessarily better conversion rates. More data, but not necessarily better decisions.

Four Challenges Facing a Sales Director in the World of AI

Strategic

Investments in AI are made intuitively, driven by trends, rather than in response to departmental goals.

Decision-making

There are no criteria to determine where AI supports growth and where it merely increases the number of low-quality activities.

Competent

There is a lack of an AI-supported sales representative competency model and a standard for working with AI.

Organizational

There is a lack of standards for using AI within the team—without them, AI amplifies the weaknesses of the process.

Solution

Discover the ICAN AI Sales Transformation Program™

Four days of intensive work on building AI-powered sales—not at the level of individual tools, but at the level of decisions, processes, the team, and results.

How It Works

From Experiments to a Scalable AI Sales Model

The program guides participants through four steps: from establishing a common language, through evaluation criteria and decision-making, to a finalized implementation plan.

ProcessResult
Step1
Process

Understanding

You're building a common AI language for sales: language model, assistant, agent, workflow, human-in-the-loop, hallucinations, CRM data, revenue intelligence.

Result

A common language and roadmap for the sales function.

Step2
Process

Rating

You learn to assess where AI actually creates value and where it poses a risk.

Result

Criteria for evaluating AI applications in sales.

Step3
Process

Decisions

You apply AI to the sales director’s decisions: which employees to develop, where to allocate resources, which opportunities to prioritize, how to create forecasts, and how to coach salespeople.

Result

A map of AI-powered sales decisions.

Step4
Process

Implementation

You design workflows, competencies, roles, governance, and a roadmap.

Result

AI Sales Transformation Blueprint and 90-Day Action Plan.

Do you recognize yourself?

A program for those who want to turn AI into a real sales advantage

This isn't a course on prompting for salespeople. It's a program that teaches you how to build a modern AI-powered sales model—from strategy and decision-making to the team's day-to-day workflow.

Sales Directors and Commercial Directors

They design an AI-ready sales system and make AI-supported decisions.

Board members responsible for sales

They want to understand how AI is changing the sales model and the sources of competitive advantage.

Head of Sales and Sales Operations Managers

They develop workflows and standards for working with AI within the sales team.

Sales Transformation Leaders and KAM Managers

They are responsible for implementing AI in key customer relationships and across the entire sales function.

B2B business owners who manage sales

They need a manageable sales model instead of scattered experiments with AI.

Do you see yourself in any of these profiles? That's a good sign.

How are we different from other AI training programs for sales?

What is the ICAN AI Sales Transformation Program™?
This is a four-day program for consultative sales leaders, in which they use a real-world case from their own company to design a manageable AI-powered sales model—including decisions, workflows, competencies, governance, and a 90-day implementation roadmap. The outcome isn’t just notes, but a ready-to-implement document: the AI Sales Transformation Blueprint.
Who is this program for?
The program is designed for individuals responsible for sales at the strategic and executive levels: sales directors, executive board members in charge of sales, managers, sales transformation leaders, and KAM heads, as well as B2B business owners who oversee sales.
How is it different from an AI course or training program for salespeople?
Typical courses teach individual salespeople how to use tools and prompts. Our ICAN AI Sales Transformation Program™ operates at the level of the entire sales function: participants design a matrix of decisions that AI is intended to support (segmentation, pipeline prioritization, forecasting, coaching, account planning), specific workflows with checkpoints, and governance rules. The starting point is not the tools, but the director’s decisions.
We already have AI tools, or our IT department is handling this—so why do we need this program?
That’s a good starting point, but the tool isn’t a model. The IT department provides the technology—it doesn’t determine which sales decisions the AI should support, what the team’s workflows should look like, or how to manage the quality of recommendations to customers. The program integrates these elements on the sales side.
Our team is already using AI—does it still make sense?
This is, in fact, the most common reason companies join. If a team uses AI in its own way, without shared rules, quality standards, or metrics, it’s what’s known as “shadow AI”—a risk, not an advantage. The program transforms grassroots experiments into a manageable, measurable model.
How can I convince the board or the CEO to participate?
It’s worth asking the executive team one question: “How will AI transform our sales pipeline, forecasting, and governance within 90 days?” If there’s no consensus on the answer, that’s a sign that this is exactly where to start. There’s also a one-page decision-making slide available to help justify the initiative internally.
What is the format and schedule of the program?
The program consists of 2 sessions, each lasting 2 days—for a total of 4 days of workshops—separated by a four-week break during which participants work independently on a real-world sales problem. During the break, there is also a 90-minute online session.
How does the enrollment process work—can anyone sign up?
Participation in the program is based on selection from applications, not automatic enrollment. This is to ensure that the group consists of individuals at a similar decision-making level who face real-world sales challenges to work through. The program is limited to a maximum of 25 participants, which helps maintain the hands-on, practical nature of the sessions.
What if the program turns out not to meet my needs?
A satisfaction guarantee is in effect: if, after the first session, a participant decides that the program does not meet their expectations, the ICAN Institute will refund 100% of the amount paid.
How much does the program cost?
The total cost of the program is 12,500 PLN net + VAT. Under the Early Bird rate (valid up to 60 days before the start), participation costs 9,999 PLN net + VAT.
