How we work

4 Steps — From Brief to Inspiring Presentation

Every Power Speech and webinar is designed in close collaboration with the client, following a needs assessment and discussions with stakeholders.

1

Stakeholder dialogue

We talk to key stakeholders and, if necessary, the target audience to understand the context.

2

Needs and Context Analysis

We examine the organization’s current challenges, culture, and strategic priorities that need to be strengthened.

3

Conceptual Presentation Design

We develop the concept—selecting the right expert, format, and key messages tailored to the audience.

4

Implementation (PL or EN)

We deliver the presentation in the language of your choice, tailoring the pace and format to the specific needs of the group.

As a result, Power Speeches and webinars:
relate to real-life situations and business decisions,
reinforce the values that are most important to the organization,
use language tailored to their audience,
and, above all, they support the development of people and organizations.

Customer reviews

What our customers say

The ICAN Institute team supported us in transforming our organizational culture. Today, we work together more effectively and are not afraid of change. We also respond much better to customer needs. ICAN helped me personally develop my managerial skills. Thanks to this, among other things, I climbed the career ladder, eventually becoming the company's CEO. Now I share my knowledge and practical experience during training sessions for leaders.
Maciej Herman

ICAN Institute conducted an organizational culture survey project for us. During the project, ICAN Institute also provided BGK with the functioning of a knowledge portal, bringing together information useful during the cultural transformation. All activities were directed at implementing a new communication strategy in the institution. The project was carried out professionally with the highest industry standards.

Over 16 years, we have benefited from a number of programs - closed programs, prepared specifically for our company's needs, and open ones (e.g. First-Time Manager™, Management™, Strategic Leadership Academy™). Thanks to access to the latest global knowledge and contacts with experts representing different points of view, our managers have gained valuable knowledge in innovation management and managing in an ever-changing reality. This has allowed us to build an agile and flexible company, as well as prepare for future challenges.

Participating in the Management program was a time of self-reflection for me, during which I learned where I stand in my professional life and what I can change about it. The program gave me the impetus to implement changes—we defined a strategy for the coming years, restructured our sales organization, revised our goal-setting processes, and prioritized lean management, a culture of employee engagement, and job satisfaction. We implemented changes more quickly and without unnecessary mistakes, and the decisions we made last year are now paying off. We ended the year with truly strong financial results.
Grzegorz Rutkowski

The Strategic Leadership Academy™ showed us which areas of strategic management are our strengths and which need to be developed. E.g., the concept of ambidextrous organization helped us to deploy investments for sustaining innovations (in areas that are traditional for us, such as building e-commerce solutions, integrating systems or digitizing processes) and to start investments that have breakthrough potential (e.g., the machine learning start-up UPSAILY). Once the various solutions are implemented, the entire company benefits from the program.
Grzegorz Kuczynski

Management™ far exceeds the standards I encountered during my master’s and doctoral studies. After each class, my team and I implemented the solutions we had learned. I gained a new strategic perspective. We introduced a more measurable and agile approach to management, utilizing methods such as OKR, cash flow analysis, EBITDF, and sustainable marketing. We optimized priority projects and their financing methods. I constantly refer back to the course materials to inspire the team to expand their knowledge.
Michal Olczak

Each of the 10 sessions of the Strategic Leadership Academy™ program provided valuable and useful content, and the meetings addressed our needs and concerns. Immediately after the training, we adapted the multilateral platforms, lean startup method, and culture of innovation learned during the sessions at Aplitt, which are bringing noticeable results. It is important that entire management boards participate in this training. The knowledge gained together definitely strengthens understanding and facilitates decision-making related to building the company's development path.

I have been working with ICAN Institute for many years and have participated in several editions of annual programs. Each time it was a strong support in the process of management and personal development. During the ICAN Neuroleadership Academy™ I learned new management techniques and ways to solve problems, achieve goals, communicate or deal with myself as a leader: my emotions, mechanisms of action and thinking. Certainly, this knowledge will translate into my personal development, as well as that of the whole team.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions .

How is Power Speech different from a webinar?
A Power Speech is a dynamic, stage-based presentation (keynote) lasting 60–90 minutes—designed to inspire, shift perspectives, and provide direction. A webinar is a longer, structured training format that includes models, tools, and a Q&A session—designed to convey specific knowledge and develop skills. The two formats complement each other.
What is the process for booking a performance?
We work in four steps: (1) discussions with stakeholders, (2) analysis of needs and context, (3) conceptual design of the presentation, (4) implementation. Before we prepare anything, we talk with you and—if necessary—with representatives of the target audience.
How am I supposed to know which topic to choose?
You don’t need to know—that’s our job. After our consultation, we’ll recommend a topic and an expert tailored to your challenges, organizational culture, and desired outcome. We have over 130 ready-made topics across 12 areas—and we can design topics from scratch.
Can the presentation be given in English?
Yes. Our experts conduct meetings in both Polish and English.
For how large a group can I book a Power Speech or webinar?
We cater to groups of all sizes—from small board meetings to large corporate conferences. Contact us to discuss the details and availability of our experts.
How much does a Power Speech or webinar cost?
We price each order individually—it depends on the format, the expert you choose, the length, and the location. Fill out the form or give us a call—we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Can I choose a specific expert?
Yes. We have 12 experts with various areas of expertise. You can specify your preferred expert or let us select one based on the topic and target audience.
What if I want to organize a series of talks?
We offer both one-time events and educational series, transformational programs, and regular conferences. We’ll design a year-round plan tailored to your schedule.
Our experts combine up-to-date business knowledge with practical experience and tailor each presentation to the specific needs of the organization. We don’t provide off-the-shelf “motivation packages,” but rather expert insights that address real-world situations and business decisions.
How can I contact you?
Call +48 795 576 576 or email m.witek@ican.pl to contact Magdalena Witek, Sales Director at ICAN Institute. We’ll conduct a free, no-obligation consultation and propose a solution tailored to your needs.
