Iwo has more than a dozen years of experience in innovation process management, client-centric service design and transformational consulting for change leaders in business and non-profit organizations. He has implemented dozens of workshops, trainings and transformation projects working with HR, internal communications, R&D, marketing and B2B sales, among others.

He specializes in serving clients in the printing and e-commerce industries. He has experience working with manufacturing and logistics companies. For nearly 10 years, she has been developing her P2P learning competencies by conducting intensive courses for business practitioners at the UW Open University.

Since 2022, he has served as HR Director at the Center for Digital Poland Projects (250 employees).
