He worked in the largest and most reputable banks in Poland (including HSBC Bank Polska, BRE Bank SA, Deutsche Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA). He managed employee teams of various sizes: from field units through regional units to a nationwide network of 160 banking outlets (several hundred sales and customer service employees). While working in director positions at bank headquarters, he developed and implemented the strategy and business model, and modified and optimized sales and customer service processes.
