Business practitioner with several years of experience in sales, management and strategy implementation in the banking sector. He worked in the largest and most reputable banks in Poland (including HSBC Bank Polska, BRE Bank SA, Deutsche Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA). He managed employee teams of various sizes: from field units through regional units to a nationwide network of 160 banking outlets (several hundred sales and customer service employees). While working in director positions at bank headquarters, he developed and implemented the strategy and business model, and modified and optimized sales and customer service processes. Was responsible for sales and financial targets. In addition, raised service quality standards in the branch network and call center. For the past 8 years, he has been providing training as a Certified Professional Business Trainer.

Psychologist by training. Member of the Polish Society of Positive Psychology. Specializes in the practical application of psychology in the work of a manager and in scientifically verified methods of assessing the potential of employees. Graduate of the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Poznań University of Economics (now the University of Economics), the SPIN Technique of Effective Selling program and Huthwaite International. He earned an MBA from US and Manchester Metropolitan University, and is currently earning his psychotherapy certification.
