Dominika currently serves as Head of People & Culture at PSE Innovations. She has over 12 years of experience in developing leaders and their teams. In her experience, she combines the perspective of a manager managing matrix, project, distributed structures with the HR perspective.

On a daily basis, he supports top-level leaders in developing managerial competencies, building motivation and commitment in teams, leading strategic projects in the area of organizational culture transformation, talent identification and development, and succession.

She has completed more than 380 complex development projects for companies in the IT, energy, banking, pharmaceutical, heating, telecommunications, public sector and NGOs working in the IT sector.

She is a sociologist by education. Privately, a lover of Italian culture and passionate about automobiles.
