She specializes in the areas of leadership, communication of changes in organizations (business model change in digital transformations, succession in family businesses, mergers, restructurings, communication of business strategies), and personal branding of business leaders.
She gained experience by, among other things, managing the liquidation communications of the largest loan network in Poland. She is the author of two books ("Media lions for business sharks", "Business sharks in the media") awarded by the Polish Association of Business Trainers and the monthly magazine My Company. She has worked for such brands as the Confederation of Leviathan, the Gemini chain of European clinics, LOTTE Wedel, IKEA, the Association of Polish Factors, the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways, WATT, the Foundation of Business Leaders Portal Praca.pl, the Silesian Museum, Servier Polska, POLDENT, PKO BP, the Warsaw School of Economics, BZ WBK, VOLVO, MAN Bus.
In 2020, she was included in the list of the 100 most influential women of Silesia, selected by Polska Press.
