In his 24 years of practice, he held a number of positions on the management and supervisory boards of multinational corporations. He held the position of vice-president of the board at Polskie ePłatności SA - now a company of the international Nets Payments Group where he was responsible for sales, marketing and customer retention. Previously he was associated with First Data/PolCard, where he served as vice president of the board and general manager of the sales division, as well as chief financial officer and president of First Data Poland Holding. He was responsible for the following markets: Poland, Greece and the Baltics. He was involved in the consulting industry for 10 years, working at Ernst & Young (EY) as a Senior Manager. He gained his professional experience both in Poland and abroad, working for 7 years in the Netherlands, the United States, Greece and Ireland.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Production Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, he is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a fellow of University College Galway.
