She works in the spirit of dialogue and #growthmindset, managing a pool of development projects and tools. Creates and implements employer branding strategies, builds recruitment tools. Takes care to develop an engaging value-based work environment. She supports and coordinates processes of various transformations - both at the level of organizational, process and "people" changes. She gained her experience both locally and internationally - mainly in the media and financial sector. She is involved in initiatives aimed at developing the HR environment. She is also a mentor in projects supporting the development of women. She graduated in sociology with a specialization in social policy from Nicolaus Copernicus University and in management studies in economic psychology from Kozminski University. A fan of microlearning, she loves to put knowledge into practice and experience. She is fascinated by new technologies and widely understood transformation, geopolitical topics. Michał Gołębiowski
