Lecturer and business practitioner, one of the most experienced strategy consultants in Europe. He is the founder and president of ICAN Institute and co-founder of the magazines "MIT Sloan Management Review Poslska" and "ICAN Management Review". As a promoter of spreading knowledge and continuous development, he has initiated many groundbreaking meetings for Polish business with world authorities in the areas of leadership (including Marshall Goldsmith, Dave Ulrich, Heike Bruch, Daniel L. Shapiro), sales (including Neil Rackham, Andy Zoltners, Jeffrey Gitomer) and innovation (including Andrew McAfee, Hal Gregersen, Alex Osterwalder). He collaborates with the best research and training centers in the world. He is a proponent of the concept of evidence-based management - management that relies exclusively on proven, research-backed management practices. Expert in new marketing and generational diversity

He researches, advises, trains and manages the activities of his clients' companies in new marketing and generational changes in business. He has completed numerous strategic projects for organizations in more than a dozen industries, including such demanding ones as food, personal care products, health, publishing and construction. He has also spent several thousand hours leading workshops for top executives. He served as editor of the online edition of the Harvard Business Review Poland and president of the Generation Next HR association. For several years he also ran his own agency serving companies in the area of social media. He also wrote "The End of the Alphabet," the first Polish book on generational change in business. He has worked with the ICAN Institute for more than a decade.

Managing Director of Strategy and Product Development at Benefit Systems

Responsible for strategy and product development in the Wellbeing area, i.e. MultiLife and MultiSport at Benefit Systems. Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in creating and managing digital products and technology companies. He has extensive knowledge in digital, product development, vision and strategy. He started his career at Europe's leading online job portal. In the following years, he worked in software development companies, where he was responsible for launching and managing digital products and leading the transition from service to product. He co-founded Poland's first fully interactive music channel, 4fun.tv. The product won multiple awards for its innovation and social model of engaging viewers. In recent years, he has worked in product management positions at companies such as Tivo, Miinto Group and MyCointainer, where he was responsible for launching and scaling digital products.

A Psychology graduate from SWPS University with over a dozen years of experience in HR in the broadest sense, including talent acquisition on both the business side and in the internal support domain. She has worked on the recruitment processes of companies such as Apple, T-Mobile, Technicolor and Citi. Currently at Performante, she works at the intersection of business and back office, where she is responsible for the People & Culture and Operations areas. She is the co-author of the EB Radar tool. Her main goal is to create a work environment that puts the employee experience at the center, with the translation into the achievement of strategic goals and the success of the company and clients.

Since 2012, he has been building and developing creative teams by shaping them, finding talent and supporting them in their development. So far, he has had the pleasure of supervising projects for brands such as Danone, Nationale-Nederlanden, T-mobile, Polpharma, Alcon, LOTOS Paliwa, Wolters Kluwer, Viasat, AMC and others. He is involved in building communication strategies, creative concepts and customer service. He joined Performante in September 2022. Managing the Creation team, he takes care of the quality, aesthetics and business value of the projects on a daily basis working with account managers, designers, copywriters, developers, social media and paid promotion specialists.

Graduate of psychology at SWPS in Warsaw. As part of Workplace Solutions and Cushman & Wakefield, he was involved in research and design of work environments for large organizations in Poland, Finland and Sweden. Major clients included such companies as AXA, Generali, Credit Agricole, KPMG, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Hochland, Ferrero, Fortum, Frontex. Between 2012 and 2020, he participated in projects for more than 100 companies. He runs the largest YouTube channel on psychology in Poland - Absurd Man, where he has accumulated more than 300 thousand subscribers. In 2020-2022 he taught business psychology at Warsaw UTH. Since 2023, he has been working with pleso therapy in the role of ambassador. The main theme of his publications is the promotion of mental health awareness and care.
