Krzysztof Pajak
Research Scientist at eTutorA computer engineer by training, he has been fascinated by optimization problems since he began his adventure with technology. He started his career by co-creating large systems for the logistics industry, among others, where he developed programming and system design skills. When the opportunity arose, he joined eTutor's dynamic team, where he became a specialist in developing and implementing language models, and other artificial intelligence solutions. His work has borne fruit both in the development of eTutora products and in the form of academic publications. Privately, he is an avid runner and dad of 2-year-old Kuba, whose natural intelligence is his greatest discovery in life.

Dr. Witold Jankowski

As part of her professional work, she serves as Director of Legal & Public Affairs for the Randstad group of companies in Poland; she is also vice president of the board of the Polish HR Forum. He specializes in civil law and labor law. As part of the working group at the Lewiatan Confederation, she actively participated in the process of shaping regulations on remote work in Poland.
