One of the most experienced strategy consultants in Europe. Creator and editor-in-chief of the Polish edition of Harvard Business Review (2003-2020) and MIT Sloan Management Review (2019). Initiator of groundbreaking meetings for Polish business with world management authorities in the areas of leadership and shaping organizational culture.

Lectured in MBA programs at business schools in Canada. He conducts development programs for top managers in Poland (Management™, Strategic Leadership Academy™, Personal Leadership Academy™). HR consultancy manager / strategic relationship manager at Randstad

is a manager of the HR Consultancy team at Randstad Poland, within which he provides consulting services to clients. She is responsible for consulting in the area of hr processes and projects, such as auditing and appropriate arrangement of hr processes, EB, development areas, rewards and outplacement. She has been involved in hr for almost 20 years. She has experience from both the business side, the so-called hr solution provider, as well as internal hr.

Business consultant and Coach certified with the American Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, with many years of experience at a Japanese Fortune Global 500 automotive corporation, including positions as CEO and CFO.

20 years of management experience at leading Japanese automotive company Denso, including: 9 years as CEO and 11 years as CFO/Head of Finance (300 MUSD annual turnover of the company he managed as CEO, 500 employees in managed plants, 5 plants under management in Poland and Serbia).

Liliana Strupp

Director of Legal & Public Affairs for Randstad's group of companies in Poland

Liliana Strupp is a legal counselor, graduated from law at the University of Lodz and completed her legal counselor's training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Lodz. As part of her professional work, she serves as Director of Legal & Public Affairs for the Randstad group of companies in Poland; she is also vice president of the board of the Polish HR Forum. He specializes in civil law and labor law. As part of the working group at the Lewiatan Confederation, she actively participated in the process of shaping regulations on remote work in Poland. She is a speaker and participant in many conferences and webinars on topics in labor law and the labor market.
