Revolutionize the work in your company and achieve more!

Work automation, AI, robotization and alternative forms of work (e.g., gig economy) are creating opportunities and challenges that cannot be easily solved by existing definitions of work. The traditional understanding of occupations, qualifications and corporate hierarchy is depleting, and the existing system of work functioning based on positions and employees is not adapted to the future! Increasingly, we are changing jobs, retraining, and certain occupations are disappearing, creating a growing need for employees who can learn and re-learn.

Learn about the groundbreaking work model developed by Dr. John W. Boudreau! It involves breaking down work into components and combining them according to the needs and situation of the organization. It will allow your company and its employees to operate faster and more agile, combine the work of people and machines, and be prepared for new trends in the world of work!
