James L. Heskett
James L. Heskett is UPS Foundation Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School. He received his PhD from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and was a faculty member at Ohio State University and president of Logistics Systems, Inc. He has been blogging on the Working Knowledge website since 2000. He has worked as a consultant for companies in North America, Latin America and Europe.
A member of the Harvard Business School faculty since 1965. He has taught courses in marketing, business logistics, service operations management, business policy and service management, general management and entrepreneurship, and served as senior associate dean in charge of academic programs.
His research focused on identifying and measuring success indicators in companies' business models, as well as in the use of alternative sources of income. Analyzing the cases of 200 companies, Heskett found that flexible organizational cultures lead to higher financial returns.
Heskett's achievements have been honored with numerous awards. He received the Distinguished Career Contribution Award in 2010, the Marketing Educator of the Year Award of Sales in 1992, and the John Drury Sheahan Award from the Council of Logistics Management in 1974.

Pawel Wilk
CEO and co-founder of Ice Code Games SA.
He gained business experience as a consultant in strategic consulting working for the pharmaceutical industry. He worked with brands such as Bayer, Pfizer, Sanofi, Novartis, Merck & Co, Roche, Polfarma, GSK, Aflofarm. Among other things, he gained startup experience as an analytics team leader at AlgorTrade S.A. During the pandemic, he created an organization that works 100% remotely, but overcomes the limitations of remote work and keeps engagement and motivation high. It was particularly important to design "substitutes" for human contact in the virtual space. To add a "human element" to remote work, he created a reverse hybrid work model. At the conference, he will talk about what this model is and how to apply it.
Dr. Bartholomew Brach
He holds a PhD in management science, lectures at the University of Warsaw and is the founder of Brightlight. He researches new management problems: changes in employee motivation and company purpose. He advises companies on how to better match job offers with candidates' needs, name values and strategic goals, or strengthen the company's positive impact on employees. He co-introduced storytelling to the Polish market as a method of researching the identity and culture of an organization. He has worked with some of the largest companies in his industry: CD PROJEKT, x-kom and Diagnostics.
Katarzyna Szełemej-Pobożniak
Expert in the area of intercultural differences, visepresident of Haxel Events & Incentive. ACC ICF coach, graduate of economics (SGH) and ethnology (Freie Universitaet Berlin). She is a certified psychological crisis consultant. She conducts trainings, workshops and coaching on intercultural differences and communication, business culture of specific countries and coping with stress. She will present the experiences of companies with employees from different countries and cultures. Cultural diversity of employees, colleagues and business partners must be taken into account when building a cohesive organizational culture.
