Session description

Innovating in an uncertain environment requires a new approach. With Professor Bingham's research, you will avoid mistakes and reduce risks. By applying Professor Bingham's model, your innovation projects will solve real and relevant problems, respond fully to customer requirements, and create solutions that can be delivered in the right way and using the right methods. You will understand how to effectively manage innovation in today's market conditions so that it is an effective tool for competing with a high probability of success. You will gain cutting-edge knowledge from the world's leading authority - Professor Christopher Binghim - that will allow you to translate his tools and methods into solutions that fit your company and your challenges. You will be able to ask our speakers questions about your company and its challenges.

After each keynote, there will be a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask the experts live questions and consult your challenges - both in Polish and English! We encourage you to ask Professor Bingham questions even before the conference.

Thanks to this session:

You will learn through concrete examples where the paradox comes from, that 80% of leaders consider innovation as a key success factor, but only 6% are satisfied with innovation processes in the company.
You will examine what innovations companies need in today's business environment.
You will learn what types of innovation your company needs and where to focus your attention.
You will see how different types of innovation require different approaches and different management processes.
You will receive methods for managing the basic contradictions of innovation: efficiency and flexibility.
You will be able to assess whether, in the context of a given business opportunity, it is better to create your own unique solution, or is it better to borrow ideas from competitors?
You'll get specific guidance on whether a venture should be data-driven in the first place, or is it better with little data to bet on rapid development and learning on the fly?
You will learn what organizational solutions promote effective innovation and what are the tasks of leaders in this area?
You will learn the biggest challenges and tasks of leaders in managing innovation in today's market realities.
You will learn examples of global and Polish successful companies.
