Session description

You will learn how to build a work environment that engages, provides mental comfort and promotes better results! How to design workplaces that are friendly to our brains? What are the four neurobehavioral profiles? Which one do you represent and which one do your colleagues represent, and what does this mean for your work? One way to deal with these issues is to focus on creating a positive work environment that supports employee well-being. This can include offering flexible work arrangements, providing access to mental health resources and encouraging open communication between managers and employees.

Create a modern workplace and achieve optimum efficiency with brain knowledge!
