Session description

Constant change and uncertainty negatively affect the well-being and mental health of employees. They may feel a mixture of different feelings (e.g., anxiety, fear, anger, a sense of helplessness, resistance to change), and it is the leader's job to provide them with a sense of security and stability. On the other hand, the leader is held accountable for results and achievement of goals. Thus, he faces a twofold challenge - he must simultaneously ensure the well-being of employees and the productivity and operational consistency of the organization.

How do you reconcile these two tasks? Learn about the groundbreaking model of compassionate leadership that will help you develop a balance between empathy and soft management and attention to operational consistency.

Thanks to this session:

You will learn how today's business environment is changing the rules of leadership.
You will examine how uncertainty, fear and loss of stability affect the emotional and neurobiological side of a person.
You will learn methods that will increase your level of empathy and translate it into practical actions, giving you greater comfort at work and higher productivity.
You will learn how leaders can simultaneously ensure operational and procedural consistency, as well as agility and adaptability.
You will learn the qualities and behaviors of a leader necessary for effective action in the new world: between courage and compassion.
You will be given the tools to overcome the conflict between pressure for results and creating a cohesive and friendly organizational culture.
You will learn what the role of leaders is at different levels of the organization.
