NEW WORK ENVIRONMENT

How is the workplace and people's relationship to it changing in the digital world? How do these changes affect management models in the near future?

Session description

Over the past year, there have been huge changes in the organization of work, which even before the pandemic seemed like a rather distant future. There has been an accelerated digital transformation, a massive shift to home office or hybrid work, an accelerated digital transformation and a shift in the approach to work from work-life balance to work-life integration. Leadership models are not indifferent to these changes, but are evolving with them.

So in what direction is the future of work heading? Will the development of technology make certain professions cease to exist or redefine them? How will our understanding of work change from both the perspective of the leader and employees?

Through this session you will learn:

How will the fourth industrial revolution affect our world: work, education, future governance and economic models?
Will the development of artificial intelligence and the ubiquity of automation make much of today's workforce redundant?
The story of humanity's relationship with work - from daily survival to the deep connection with our psyche and self-image
The impact of industrialization and each subsequent "revolution" from the perspective of women - lessons for all leaders
