Dr. Christine McCarthy
Founder and CEO of TEC Leadership Institute, speaker and trainer. She has more than 25 years of experience in organizational development and organizational culture transformation. As a certified executive coach, she supports organizations in areas such as HR role development, design and implementation of strategic leadership development programs, including competency-based profiles and talent management frameworks. He conducts workshops to build authentic cultures focused on developing agile capabilities.
