Achieve ambitious goals with your team!

A leader must take care of goals on different levels - personal (my leadership goals, my development, my career, etc.), the team and its members (the tasks and personal goals of employees) and organizational, including the implementation of the company's strategy and its goals. So how to juggle goals, reconcile them with each other, determine their importance, and most importantly - how not to lose motivation and burn out halfway to achieving the goal?

Benefit from the expertise of Dr. Ayelet Fishbach, a behavioral researcher in motivation science (motivation science). The expert will share with you methods and best practices developed from research on human motivation, self-control and strategies for achieving long-term goals. These are valuable tips to help you efficiently set priorities, goals and how to achieve them for yourself and your team. You'll learn how to support employees in achieving goals and... how to be supported by others!
