Head of Project Management Officer, Tuš, Slovenia. Marko Razdevšek is director of the project management office at Tuš, one of the largest retail chains in Slovenia. Over the years, he has also gained experience in the public sector, banking and the automotive industry. With skills in controlling, purchasing, sales, legislation, budgeting, logistics and project management, Marko has successfully worked with representatives of production holdings, customers and suppliers in Slovenia and abroad.

Miroslav Tlustý

Head of Pricing, Dr. Max, Czech Republic. Miroslav is responsible for creating and executing the pricing strategy for the chain of more than 400 pharmacies in the Czech Republic. Prior to joining Dr. Max in 2015, he spent 10 years in various positions in pricing and revenue management. For 3 years he worked in revenue management at Czech Airlines, where he was involved in the implementation of optimization software for demand forecasting. He spent another 7 years in banking as head of pricing at Česká spořitelna, part of the Erste Group - the largest bank in the Czech Republic. Miroslav holds a master's degree in statistics from the University of Economics in Prague. He has participated in numerous pricing conferences and seminars.
