Chris Outram

An expert in strategic consulting with more than 30 years of experience. In his practice as a strategic consultant, he has dealt with the full range of issues in this area: from corporate strategy to mergers and acquisitions to organizational consulting. Founder and partner of OC&C Strategy Consultants, which was established in 1987 and now operates in 9 countries around the world through 12 offices. Previously worked as Director of Marketing and Strategy and as a strategy consultant.

He is the author of two books: Making Your Strategy Work and Digital Stractics. In both books, Chris Outram emphasizes the importance of both strategy development and proper fundraising for its implementation and further execution. He also touches on the strategic traps that companies and leaders often fall into, and how to avoid them. He holds Double First Class degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Economics and graduated with honors from the MBA program at INSEAD Business School. He is a visiting professor at UCL.
