SESSION 2 | NOVEMBER 29, 2023

Open strategy - a new model of strategic management

Strategy development must stop being the domain of a closed group of leaders at the very top! Take an open approach to strategy and involve employees at all levels to develop a solid, future-oriented strategy.

Discover a strategic advantage where competitors don't even think to look.

In many companies, the strategy development process is dominated by a small group of senior leaders operating within a siloed framework. This traditional thinking needs to change, as the tumultuous experiences of recent years and the downfalls of seemingly powerful players have bluntly demonstrated. Any company that entrusts the power to create strategy to a small group will sooner or later find itself on the losing end!

The open strategy concept, developed by Dr. Christian Stadler, involves more people in the planning process, making the strategy understandable and credible to employees at every level of the organization. And thus easier to communicate and faster to implement! The open process also eliminates the pitfalls of falling into a rut, "ossifying" the organization, overestimating one's position or ignoring signals from the business environment. Dr. Stadler's methods and tools will help you build an organization that stays ahead of change, outmaneuvers the competition and exceeds customer expectations!
