The idea behind the conference

Technological advances have dramatically changed the way work is organized.

Thanks to the use of various communicators and cloud-based applications, more and more people are choosing to work outside the office. Managing a team whose members work in different locations, often far from the company, is one of the biggest challenges of today's leaders. How to manage such a team? What tools and methods will help in this task?

Today, the concept of remote work applies not only to people working in different locations, but even to people staying in the same office! Thanks to innovative solutions, your team will work effectively no matter where they are!

Problem

Because of the pandemic, most companies immediately switched to remote or hybrid mode. Many of them were not prepared for this, and the solutions developed on the fly are not enough to continue the smooth functioning of the organization!

Working from home, which until recently was a benefit reserved for certain industries (e.g. IT), has now become a necessity and even a standard. Employees say they want to continue working remotely, which makes leaders face a transformation of the work environment.
Unfortunately, companies lack a holistic view to design a coherent hybrid work model. The changes in work organization that have been implemented have only responded to temporary needs. Leaders, wanting to be prepared for the future, must find the answer to a strategic question: how to create and manage a hybrid, flexible organization?

Solution

The answer to new challenges is a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to adapt to dynamic changes. It's a combination of modern technology and new leadership competencies that will allow you to create a coherent system for managing your organization.

Our expert Sandeep Mehra, who develops collaboration and video communication devices on a daily basis, will show you a method and logical process for creating a hybrid work system appropriate for any company. It allows you to take advantage of the greatest advantages of remote and office work, and allows you to choose the best way to perform your duties according to the current needs of your organization and employees.

It's a flexible model, so your company will be prepared for various situations - including random events. With the ability to efficiently organize your work under any conditions, you will not only maintain your current efficiency, but even increase it!
