Your responsibilities
Conducting sessions of open training programs organized by ICAN Institute.
Conducting training and workshops in tailor-made programs for ICAN Institute clients.
Prepare and update materials and tools necessary for training.
Speaking at conferences and webinars.
Collaborate with the Strategic Account Management team and participate in sales meetings (content support).
Collaborate with the Knowlegde Management team and co-create new training products.
Our requirements
University education e.g. management, economics, marketing, etc.
Practical experience in managing a marketing and/or sales team.
Experience in conducting marketing and/or sales training projects.
Ability to conduct training for senior managers in the training room and remotely.
Ability to prepare professional training materials.
Experience in designing and implementing development solutions, new training programs, materials and tools.
Knowledge and tracking of trends related to the training industry.
