Your responsibilities

Active sales of ICAN Institute products, especially open programs
Customer acquisition and sales network building
Negotiate terms of cooperation with customers
Implementation of sales plans

Our requirements

Prerequisite:

Minimum three years of experience and proven successful consultative sales skills
Ability to diagnose customer needs and help them choose the best solution
Ability to build relationships with customers both through contact by phone, email and in face-to-face meetings
Successful track record of active customer acquisition and a desire for new challenges
Ability to finalize sales
Awareness of the importance of business perspicacity and partnership in sales
Willingness to grow in areas related to the training, consulting, publishing, HR industries
Willingness to learn and continuously develop sales skills
