Your responsibilities

Creating and editing articles on management, leadership and innovation.
Conduct interviews with business leaders and experts - including in video format.

Selecting content that meets the needs of Polish leaders.
Create and promote content on social media to reach new audiences and build engagement.

Our requirements

MIT Sloan Management Review Poland - the Polish edition of one of the most prestigious business magazines in the world - is looking for a person for the position of editor.
Fluency in English - you will be working with international materials and interlocutors.
Interest in the topics of management, business and innovation - this is our passion and we want it to be yours as well.
Innovative approach - openness to new content formats, technologies and ideas.
A proven orientation toward self-development - we value people who invest in their development and can show it off.
Understanding of social media - freely navigate the world of social media and use it to promote content.
Good presence in front of the camera - both for those with experience and those ready to develop in this field.
Independence and openness to cooperation - in a dynamic and challenging environment.
For more experienced candidates: previous experience in media, management or working with content will be an asset
