He specializes in developing creativity, expression, flexibility, communication, and self-confidence in leaders and teams. In his work, he uses improvisation, provocative coaching, and stage experience to foster a positive mindset and effective public speaking. He has been improvising since 2010; since 2022, he has been a co-founder of Teatr Południe as an actor. He studied at Annoyance Theater and iO Theatre in Chicago, among others. He also completed a three-year acting course at Stanisławski Studio. Since 2000, he has also worked as a copywriter; he holds a degree in English from the University of Warsaw.
