CEO of LUX MED Group since 2007 and Managing Director of LMG Försäkrings AB (LUX MED Insurance) since 2011. She participates in the problem-solving team for public services established within the Social Dialogue Council. She also serves as Vice Chairman of the Council of the Polish Olympic Committee, Vice President of the Employers of Poland and President of the Association of Employers of Private Medicine, and member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy SA (Citi Handlowy). She was appointed by the Minister of Health to the Social Council of the national debate "Together for Health." She sits on the chapter of the program run by the Ministry of Health - "PracoDawca Zdrowia". She is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Executive Program at Singularity University in Santa Clara, California, and studies at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and the University of Hamburg. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Polish-French Insurance Institute at the French Institute and a series of training courses in management, sales, communications, marketing, among others, as part of LIMRA's certified insurance industry program "Marketing Strategies for Executive Advancement."
