President of the Management Board of PZU Życie SA. She served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2016 and became Acting CEO in 2020. She graduated from Jagiellonian University with a specialization in Sociology of Economy and Market Research, and from Columbia University in corporate strategy. She also completed an Executive MBA at Leon Kuźmiński Academy. Previously, she was associated with the private financial sector. She worked at ING group companies. She also worked with the Center for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies operating within the Jagiellonian University. She worked at HDI (now Warta S.A.), then at Sony Europe. At Philips S.A., she led the Marketing and Business Intelligence team in 17 countries in the region.
