Experienced lecturer and consultant. Initiator of groundbreaking meetings for Polish business with world management authorities, such as Marshall Goldsmith, Hermann Simon and Neil Rackham. Studied management and economics in Canada and the United States. From 1992 to 2000, he taught in MBA programs at business schools in Canada. Since 1993, he has been president of the ICAN Institute, engaged in training and consulting activities, among others. He conducts Management™ and Strategic Leadership Academy™ training courses, also implements e-learning programs and, at the request of companies, prestigious Leadership Development Academies based on Harvard Business Publishing tools. He has worked with many companies as a consultant and trainer (including Goodyear Polska, SAP, Lyreco, Lotos, Hestia, Ciech SA, TPSA, Eurozet, GlaxoSmithKline, Kolporter, PSB Group, Węglokoks).
