Aga Szóstek
Strategic experience designerOver the past two decades, she has worked with leading companies combining design, technology and business. She has worked with brands such as Google, Philips, Canon, Samsung, EY, Santander, ING, Orange and many others, bringing a strategic approach based on experience design to design teams and boards. Her approach has inspired many organizations to refocus and bet on experience as their market differentiator.
In addition to consulting, Aga writes about strategy, leadership, innovation and leadership; designs tools to support the delivery of unique experiences called Seed Cards; and co-hosts a podcast on reflective leadership: Catching The Next Wave.
She completed her PhD at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and teaches experiential design around the world. She is also the co-creator (in collaboration with an alternative design school from Denmark: Kaospilot) of a unique virtual learning experience: Become for creative change agents who want to grow and lead in the emerging transformation economy.
