Your responsibilities

Sales of ICAN Institute products and services,
Systematic development of relationships with B2B customers and accurate identification of their training and development needs,
Proactively acquire new customers and build long-term strategic relationships in the B2B space,
Design and co-create with the client unique training and development solutions that will support the achievement of their business goals,
Constant monitoring of the market and competition.

Our requirements

Join us if, in your career to date, you have been involved in acquiring and retaining key B2B clients (if you can, boast in your resume with which companies you have managed to build such relationships),
You have experience in selling solutions whose target audience is executives - boards of directors, HR, sales, marketing or other units,
You are proficient in topics relevant to the operation of modern organizations such as defining goals, identifying key KPIs for organizations and managers, understanding company strategy, leadership challenges of managers,
You are interested in consultancy-based sales and want to grow in this area,
you want to learn from the best sources, we will be happy to share our knowledge and experience with you, and provide you with ongoing support and coaching,
You are fluent in English (prerequisite).
