President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) since 2016. She created the bank's new strategy, which focuses on the implementation of activities envisaged in the government's Responsible Development Strategy for Poland. Since June 2019, she has served as chairwoman of the supervisory board of the Tri-Morocco Fund, which is tasked with financing infrastructure in the Tri-Morocco countries to promote EU integration and economic cohesion. From 1994 to 2016, she worked at Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group. She led the implementation of strategic projects, including the introduction of the new MiniBank24 branch and e-banking model. She was responsible for the restructuring and optimization of banking processes. From 2005 she headed the Logistics and Real Estate Area, and in 2008 she became a member and then chairwoman of the supervisory board of BZ WBK Real Estate. Since 2012, she was responsible for the organizational culture transformation project "New Generation Bank" and took the position of director of the HR Partnership Area. After successfully implementing a number of strategic projects, in 2015 she became a member of the Board of Directors of BZ WBK. She is a graduate of the University of Economics with a specialization in corporate financial management and the Advance Leadership Program at ICAN Institute. She also completed her studies at the University of Cambridge.
