As HR Director, he served as a Board Member in listed and international companies, including Mars, Diageo, Microsoft, Zywiec/Heineken Group, CCC in Poland and Europe.

Co-founder of HRInfluencers, HRExplorers, coach and mentor in LeadersIn and Forum of Business Women Leaders programs. Lecturer at Kozminski University and SWPS. Presenter at Polish and global conferences Unleash and HRD Summit.

Firmly believes that in a fast growing and changing environment, competitive advantage of companies is determined not only by innovative products, excellent processes, but most of all by a committed team, focused on goals and using new technologies.

He is a graduate of Jagiellonian University and his passions are tennis, skiing and time with loved ones.
