Her specialties include business models, segmentation, value proposition, and consulting sales. She works mainly with IT companies and has extensive experience in B2B. She conducts consulting projects with clients and collaborates as a lecturer and expert with management education companies. Since 2019, she has also been actively working with the start-up community as an expert in the international Business Model Mastering Program organized by Google For Startups Campus in Warsaw.
