Your responsibilities

Telephone contact with potential customers to determine their needs and interest in the company's products,
Making customer appointments for salespeople/salespeople,
Conducting email correspondence with customers,
Verification and data entry into the system,
Reporting activities and working in the CRM system,
Supporting sales departments in achieving common goals.

Our requirements

Experience in customer service or telephone customer service,
Highly developed communication skills in a business environment,
The ability to manage work time and set priorities,
Meticulous and reliable in the performance of assigned tasks,
Very good knowledge of MS Office,
Confidence and impeccable diction,
A friendly and kind attitude toward others.
