Your responsibilities

Implementation of sales plans
Developing long-term relationships with business customers
Consulting sales of ICAN Institute products: o Open programs (development programs for managers), o Business conferences o Subscriptions to the MIT Sloan Management Review Poland
Diagnose customer needs (executives, leaders, HR departments) and select the best solution
Active acquisition of new customers - by phone, email and meetings
Conducting negotiations and finalizing sales

Our requirements

Minimum of 3 years of B2B consultative sales experience and proven success in consultative sales
Experience working with clients in the medium and large business segment
Ability to talk to decision makers (e.g. CEO, HR Director, Head of Learning)
Ability to build relationships with customers both through contact by phone, email and in face-to-face meetings
Business perspicacity and ability to diagnose the development needs of the organization
Self-reliance and self-motivation, even when working remotely
Willingness to grow in areas related to the training and consulting industry
Knowledge of the training, HR or consulting industry - welcome
