For 11 years he developed sales teams and structures, designed negotiation processes and models, and promoted new ideas of negotiation training in business. He introduces innovative methods of negotiation training - (negotiation tournaments and sparring) in the Polish market. Over the past 11 years he has conducted more than 1200 hours of workshops for more than 2000 participants. Creates training and support tools for the development of negotiation skills.

He is also developing a project for individual consultation and analysis of negotiation processes. In training and consulting activities, he has worked with companies in the financial, insurance, IT and FMCG industries. Currently, he mainly trains sales, purchasing and project teams and is responsible for change management.

He is a judge at international negotiation tournaments in Poland, Germany, India and others. For the past 12 years, he has been working with the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and developing projects for m-national student tournaments. He is also responsible for building the global sales network of Bridge2.business - a platform for automating public (US, NATO, EU and UN) and corporate procurement.

He graduated from Human Resource Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, and Psychology at the University of Warsaw. He is the author of the book "Business Negotiation Scenarios - Skills Training" (Poltext, 2009) .
