Aleksandra Slifirska

Aleksandra Slifirska

Communications Strategist. Business consultant, mentor, literary scholar

She specializes in leadership, communication of changes in organizations (business model change in digital transformations, succession in family businesses, mergers, restructurings, communication of business strategies), as well as personal branding of business leaders. Among other things, she gained experience by managing the liquidation communications of the largest loan network in Poland. She is the author of two books ("Media Lions for Business Sharks", "Business Sharks in the Media") awarded by the Polish Business Coaches Association and My Company monthly. She has worked for such brands as: the Confederation of Leviathan, the Gemini chain of European clinics, LOTTE Wedel, IKEA, the Association of Polish Factors, the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways, WATT, the Foundation of Business Leaders Portal Praca.pl, the Silesian Museum, Servier Polska, POLDENT, PKO BP, the Warsaw School of Economics, BZ WBK, VOLVO, MAN Bus. In 2020, she was included in the list of the 100 most influential women of Silesia, selected by Polska Press.

Andrzej Jacaszek

Andrzej Jacaszek, DBA

Vice President, ICAN Institute

He has spent most of his 20-plus year career at high levels of management in the sales and marketing divisions. Among other things, he specializes in sales force recruitment and the relationship between sales and marketing. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland. In 2016, he was elected vice president of Employers of Poland for the second time, where he is responsible for the areas of training and science and business. He is an experienced lecturer and speaker.
